Who We Are
Form Policy LLC ("Form Policy," "we," "us," or "our") operates the event registration website socialcurated.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information submitted through the Site in connection with event registration, and the choices you have about that information.

Event Organizers
Events offered through the Site are organized in collaboration with EXFO, XNRGY, Maxcell, MOD42, and Corning (together, the "Event Organizers"). As described below and only with your consent, your registration information may be shared with the Event Organizers so they can contact you about the event and for business purposes after the event.

Information We Collect
When you register, we may collect your name, job title, company or organization, business email address, phone number (including mobile number), mailing or business address, industry and professional details, dietary or accessibility needs you choose to share, your responses to registration questions, and your communication preferences and consent records (including the date, time, and method of your consent). We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and manage your registration; verify your invitation and eligibility; communicate with you about the event, including confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and logistics; accommodate dietary or accessibility requests; send you event information by text message if you have separately opted in; follow up after the event for business purposes if you have consented; improve our events and the Site; maintain security and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized registrations; and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information
With the Event Organizers. If you check the contact consent box at registration, we will share your registration information with EXFO, XNRGY, Maxcell, MOD42, and Corning so they may contact you about the event and, after the event, for business purposes, including information about their products, services, and future events. Once shared, each Event Organizer will handle your information in accordance with its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review those policies.

With service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and the event, such as hosting, registration, email, text messaging, and event management providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Form Policy, the Event Organizers, attendees, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages, we may send automated text messages about the event to the mobile number you provide, such as registration confirmations, reminders, and updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or attendance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing privacy@formpolicyllc.com. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent collected for text messaging will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your Choices and How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent to be contacted, or opt out of any communications, at any time by emailing privacy@formpolicyllc.com. Please include your name and the email address or phone number you used to register. You may also use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or reply STOP to any text message. When you opt out through us, we will stop our own communications and will notify the Event Organizers who received your information of your request. Because each Event Organizer maintains its own records, you may also contact them directly to confirm your opt-out. Opting out of marketing communications will not stop transactional messages related to an event for which you remain registered.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect certain Site features.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including managing the event and post-event follow-up, maintaining records of consent, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We then delete or de-identify it.

Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where permitted by law.

Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., including Canada, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers or the Event Organizers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Children
The Site and events are intended for business professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will not apply retroactively to information collected under a prior version without your consent where required by law.
